The Division of Youth Services is the state agency providing social service programs for children, youth, and families throughout the CNMI. Among their responsibilities is intervention on: all forms of child abuse and neglect, domestic violence involving children, truancy, runaway/homeless youth, and juvenile delinquency. The emergency shelter provides temporary placement for children and youth under DYS protective custody because of child abuse or neglect.

Community Guidance Center Wellness Clinic
The Wellness Clinic provides individual and family counseling services with a focus on the emotional and physical needs of survivors of crimes, including domestic violence, and physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. They can also assist survivors in understanding and participating in the criminal justice system and provide victims of crime with a measure of safety and security.
Karidat Social Services
Provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, human trafficking, and other crimes. Services include: a 24-hour hotline (for victims on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota), shelter, counseling, court accompaniment, assistance with temporary restraining orders, crisis intervention, support groups, and more. Their shelter, Guma Esperansa, is the only shelter in CNMI for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. All shelter services are available regardless of citizenship, ethnicity, or immigration status. The Family Services Program provides emergency food and rent when funding is available. All services are free and confidential.
