The Arizona Domestic Violence Legal Assistance Project is a statewide network of legal aid attorneys, volunteer attorneys, and legal advocates who provide free or low-cost legal assistance to victims of domestic violence and their children. The attorneys may provide legal advice through individual consultations and group clinics, and direct representation in complicated cases. They can also refer cases to pro bono private attorneys. Advocates may provide general legal information about case processes, court accompaniment, and referrals to free legal assistance programs and attorneys. Apply for assistance through the online form on their website.
