The division for Child & Family Services from the Department of Health provides statewide services throughout multiple locations. Resources for sexual assault and/or domestic violence victims available in website.

The Domestic Violence Action Center (DVAC) provides immediate statewide services and support to individuals who are in crisis as a result of intimate partner violence. Crisis support services are free of charge and Helpline operates Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm. You can expect to talk to a trained person about your situation. Other services include: court accompaniment, advocacy, legal helpline, legal representation, risk assessments, safety plans and referrals.

Hawai’i State Coalition Against Domestic Violence (HSCADV) engages communities and organizations to end domestic violence through education, advocacy, and action for social justice. HSCADV is a private, not-for-profit organization and is a statewide partnership of domestic violence programs and shelters. HSCADV is not a direct service provider, but offers their Get Help web page with available resources per region.
