Kansas Legal Services (KLS) provides free or low-cost civil legal advice and representation to eligible individuals in Kansas. The types of cases they handle include domestic violence, divorce, custody/visitation, child and spousal support, immigration, and more. The KLS website offers legal forms for Kansas district courts. To apply for services, complete the online application or call the intake line. The KLS Pittsburg office serves Allen, Bourbon, Cherokee, Crawford, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson, and Woodson counties.
