Crisis Center of the Plains provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency medical advocacy, safety planning, support groups for women and children, legal advocacy, assistance with Crime Victim’s Compensation, Protective Order assistance, Bi-lingual advocacy, food, clothing, transportation, and referrals, community education and violence prevention programs, volunteer opportunities and training, supervised visits, and Battering Intervention & Prevention Program (BIPP). The Crisis Center of the Plains serves Hale, Floyd, Motley, Lamb, Castro, Swisher, Hall and Briscoe Counties.

Panhandle Crisis Center, Inc. provides services to adult and child victims of family violence, child abuse, and stranger or non-stranger sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention and advocacy, safe house for victims and their children, accompaniment services, counseling and support groups in English and Spanish, legal and social services, transportation, food, clothing, and financial assistance, community education, and employment training programs. Panhandle Crisis Center serves Ochiltree, Hansford, and Libscomb Counties. The Spearman outreach office is by appointment only.

Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse
Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse (AVDA) offers services to individuals and families affected by domestic violence. Services include: victim advocacy, a legal advocacy program, counseling services, and a BIPP program. AVDA serves Harris County.
Asians Against Domestic Abuse
Asians Against Domestic Abuse provides resources and assistance to women who are victims of domestic abuse from Asian countries. AADA’s services include transitional housing, a cultural sensitivity program, and outreach awareness. Languages spoken: Arabic, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Korean, Malayalam, Mandarin, Cantonese, Chinese, Filipino, Punjabi, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, and Urdu. Asians Against Domestic Abuse serves Harris County.
Bay Area Turning Point (Webster office)
Bay Area Turning Point provides services to victims of family violence, sexual assault, and teen dating violence. BATP’s services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, court, police, and hospital accompaniment, assistance filing protective orders, information and referral, education and awareness, support groups, legal advocacy, counseling, professional trainings and workshops, clothing assistance, post shelter follow-up program, housing assistance, case management, and transportation. Bay Area Turning Point, Inc. serves Southeast Harris and Northeast Galveston Counties, which compose the Greater Bay Area and Chambers County in its entirety. When safety is an issue, BATP will assist people from any area.

Houston Area Women's Center
The Houston Area Women’s Center provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include violence prevention and community education, two 24-hour hotlines, shelter, counseling, children’s court services, sexual assault services, and domestic violence services. Houston Area Women’s Center serves Harris, Galveston, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Waller, Chambers, Brazoria, and Matagorda Counties.
Montrose Counseling Center
The Montrose Counseling Center provides services primarily to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and their families. The Anti-Violence Program serves LGBT survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and trafficking; as well as all survivors of hate crimes regardless of sexual orientation. The program’s survivor support consists of a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, and transitional housing assistance, legal and medical advocacy, counseling, compensation, and education. The Montrose Counseling Center serves Harris County.
New Horizon Family Center
Services include emergency shelter, counseling, legal aid, children activities, and resume workshops, other resources available. New Horizon Family Center serves Anahuac, Barrett, Chambers, Channelview, Crosby, Station, Dayton, Huffman, Liberty, Mt. Belvieu, North Channel, McNair, and Winnie Counties.
Northwest Assistance Ministries
Northwest Assistance Ministries Family Violence Center (NAM FVC) offers a variety of services to victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, including a 24-hour hotline, telephone crisis counseling, emergency shelter, emergency food, clothing, transportation, medical assistance, professional counseling services for adults and children, community outreach, information and referrals for battering intervention programs, as well as legal referrals. NAM FVC serves Harris County.
Tahirih Justice Center
The Tahirih Justice Center primarily provides services to immigrant women and girls who have been victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and trafficking. Clients do not have to be United States citizens. Services include free immigration, family, and civil legal services, forced marriage protection, social services, policy advocacy (domestic and sexual violence, gender-based asylum, fair immigration laws, and more), and training and education. Walk-ins are not accepted. Tahirih Justice Center serves Harris County.

Women's Center of East Texas (Marshall office)
Women’s Center of East Texas provides services to women who are victims of domestic violence and their children and victims of sexual assault. Services include emergency shelter, outreach support, legal support and advocacy, accompaniment (to medical exams, law enforcement, prosecutors and court), 24-hour crisis hotline, information and referrals, and community education. All services are available in English and Spanish. Women’s Center of East Texas serves Gregg, Harrison, Rusk, and Upshur Counties.

Hays-Caldwell County Women's Center
The Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center provides services to victims of family violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. Services include a 24-hour confidential crisis and information hotline, an emergency shelter (McCoy Family Shelter), counseling and resource center, a non-residential program, legal advocacy, a children’s advocacy center (Roxanne’s House), and community education for youth and adults. The Women’s Center serves Hays and Caldwell Counties.
Henderson
East Texas Crisis Center (Athens office)
The East Texas Crisis Center provides services to victims of family violence, sexual assault, and other violent crime. Services include advocacy and support groups, advocacy and legal advocacy, assistance with Family Protective Orders and Crime Victim Services, intervention networks, emergency shelter, children’s prevention and education programs, economic education classes, public education and primary prevention program, and an emergency solutions program. East Texas Crisis Center serves Smith, Henderson, Van Zandt, Wood, and Rains Counties.
