The Crisis Center provides services to victims of family violence, child abuse, and sexual assault. Services include emergency shelter, a 24-hour crisis line, a children’s advocacy center, a sexual assault program to assist victims, a domestic violence program to assist victims, support groups and counseling, legal advocacy, assistance in getting a protective order and accompaniment to law enforcement departments, court hearings, district/county attorney’s office and the hospital. The Crisis Center serves Wharton and Matagorda Counties.

Wintergarden Women’s Shelter, Inc. provides services to all victims of domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, group and individual counseling, referrals, and legal assistance (court accompaniment). The Women’s Shelter serves Dimmit, Zavala, Maverick, and La Salle Counties.
McLennan
Advocacy Center for Crime Victims and Children
The Advocacy Center for Crime Victims and Children provides services to crime victims (homicide, suicide, sexual abuse, and others). Services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, sex assault exams, case management, counseling and support groups, family enrichment groups, and community education. The Advocacy Center serves Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan Counties.
Family Abuse Center
Family Abuse Center, Inc. offers services to adults, children, and victims in rural counties who have been affected by domestic violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, counseling and supportive services, early intervention and prevention education, financial education, life skills, assistance with housing, and legal services. Southwest Family Life Center (Hondo office)
The Southwest Family Life Center provides services to victims of domestic and sexual violence. Services include 24-hour emergency shelter, an outreach center, and a sexual assault prevention program. The Southwest Family Life Center serves Medina, Frio, and Uvalde Counties.
Midland
Safe Place of the Permian Basin (Midland office)
Safe Place of the Permian Basin provides services to victims of family violence. Services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, 24-hour emergency shelter, emergency transportation, personal and legal advocacy, individual counseling, support groups, and intervention programs for abusers. Services are available in English and Spanish. Safe Place of the Permian Basin serves Gaines, Dawson, Borden, Andrews, Martin, Howard, Loving, Winkler, Ector, Midland, Glasscock, Ward, Reeves, Crane, and Upton Counties.
Montgomery
Montgomery County Women's Center
Montgomery County Women’s Center primarily provides services to victims of family abuse, sexual assault, and stalking. Services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, safe shelter (emergency and transitional), crisis intervention, counseling (individual and group), advocacy and legal services, and community and school-based educational outreach programs. Montgomery County Women’s Center serves Montgomery County.
