Legal Information: Washington
Laws current as of August 1, 2024 Are there forms available to help me request an order restricting abusive litigation?
The Washington courts provide a model motion form and a model order so that you can more easily request that the abusive litigation be stopped even if you do not have a lawyer. However, having a lawyer will likely make the process much easier. Go to our Finding a Lawyer page for legal referrals.
For more information about filing your request, see When can I request an order restricting abusive litigation?
