Abused Women’s Aid in Crisis (AWAIC) operates a 24-hour crisis line, a 24-hour shelter and transitional housing, provides crisis intervention, a pet shelter, case management, legal advocacy, children’s program and youth center. Serves residents of Anchorage, Alaska.
STAR Alaska (Standing Together Against Rape)
STAR’s mission is to prevent sexual trauma and provide comprehensive services to victims/survivors and their families. STAR focuses on education and crisis response in the Anchorage community as well as throughout the state. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, legal advocacy, individual support sessions, safety planning, emergency assistance, support groups, trauma counseling, and more.
The Chugachmiut Behavioral Health Department
Chugachmiut, Inc.’s Behavioral Health Department serves the communities through prevention-oriented community outreach services for domestic violence and sexual assault. In emergency cases, staff will refer and direct victims to resources where they can get critical medical attention or shelter.

Safe and Fear-Free Environment
Safe and Fear-Free Environment (SAFE) provides services that enhance safety and promote non-violence for the well-being of the people of Bristol Bay. SAFE offers an emergency shelter for women and their children who are victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault or whose homes/living arrangements are unsafe due to violence and/or related abuse. Crisis intervention, advocacy programs safety planning and support groups for women, children and teens in crisis and transition.

Interior Alaska Center for Nonviolent Living
Interior Alaska Center for Non-violent Living (IACNVL) provides counseling and assistance for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include crisis intervention, permanent housing, counseling, advocacy and support, legal advocacy, education and referrals for women and their children. The IACNVl serves Fairbanks North Star Borough and outlying areas.

Becky's Place Haven of Hope
Becky’s Place Haven of Hope offers support, compassion, and non-judgmental help to woman and their children when seeking for a safe and secure environment. Providing shelter, food, clothing, continuing education, job training, preparing a resume, help to connect with resources and community services to victims of domestic violence.
Juneau
Aiding Women in Abuse & Rape Emergencies (AWARE)
Aiding Women in Abuse & Rape Emergencies (AWARE) operates an emergency shelter, 24 hour crisis hotline, crisis intervention, advocacy programs, legal advocacy, operates education and support groups. AWARE also provides: children’s counseling, a program for teens, and a program for abusers. AWARE’s rural outreach extends to Elfin Cove, Gustavus, Haines, Hoonah, Klukwan, Pelican, Skagway, Tenakee Springs and Yakutat.
Kenai Peninsula Borough
Seaview Community Services
Seaview Community Services (SCS) provides 24-hr crisis line, temporary shelter, safety planing and other services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. SCS serves Eastern Kenai Borough (Lowell Point, Seward, Moose Pass, Cooper landing, Hope).
South Peninsula Haven House
The South Peninsula Haven House operates a 24-hour staffed emergency shelter, crisis hotline, a Sexual Assault Response Team, legal advocacy programs and community referrals. They also have a child care, food program and child’s car seat program. South Peninsula Haven House serves the Southern & Lower Kenai Peninsula.
The LeeShore Center
The LeeShore Center offers an emergency shelter for woman and their children who have been victimized by domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Other services offered include: 24 hour crisis intervention hotline, transitional living housing center, children’s program, youth outreach, and a batterer’s program for men. The LeeShore Center serves: Kenai, Soldotna, Nikiski, Sterling, Clam Gulch, Kaliforsky, Ridgeway, Kasilof, Cooper Landing and Hope, Alaska.

Ketchikan Gateway Borough
The Domestic Violence Program - Ketchikan Indian Community
Ketchikan Indian Community provides support services to survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Services include: counseling, crisis intervention, safety education, court accompaniment, assistance filling out and filing legal documents (restraining orders), legal assistance. KIC serves all Alaska Native and American Indians residing in the Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
Women in Safe Homes (WISH)
Women in Safe Homes (WISH)offers a variety of free, confidential services to community members who have been impacted by domestic and/or sexual violence. WISH’s services are available to individuals of all genders, and many WISH services may be accessed as day services and do not require you to stay in shelter to utilize them. Services offered include: 24 hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, parenting workshops and referrals to community services. WISH serves in Ketchikan and rural communities in Southeast Alaska.
Kodiak Island Borough
Kodiak Women's Resource and Crisis Center (KWRCC)
Kodiak Women’s Resource and Crisis Center provides crisis services to the community and works with survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence of any gender. In addition to emergency safe shelter and a 24-hour crisis line, KWRCC provides emotional support, confidential advocacy, support groups, community education, legal and medical advocacy, and referrals to resources such as housing, counseling, etc. to clients in or out of the shelter. KWRCC serves all the communities of the Kodiak Island Borough.
The office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Emmonak Women's Shelter
Emmonak Women’s Shelter (EWS) is a nonprofit organization that provides a wide range of services including crisis intervention services, children’s services, and a shelter as well as education and support for domestic violence victims. They also provide education and support services for local communities, schools, Tribal Councils, city governments and other human service providers. Emmonak Women’s shelter serves an area of approximately 6,000 miles and is located 200 miles north west of Bethel, Alaska.

Alaska Family Services provides emergency shelter, youth programs, outreach and legal advocacy. Alaska Family Service is a statewide program, however, their shelter is located in Palmer.

Alaska Family Services (Behavioral Health Treatment Center) provides child care assistance, WIC program, Family Violence Intervention Program, Child Care Food Program, Family Support Services, Services to Young Pregnant Women. Also serves youth, women and men for substance abuse and related problems. Alaska Family Service is a sate wide program, however, their shelter is located in Palmer.
My House Mat-Su Homeless Youth Center
The My House Mat-Su Homeless Youth Center serves homeless or individuals in risk of being homeless within the ages of 14 – 24 years of age. They offer Case Management services from 8 AM to 5 PM.Gathering Grounds Café is open from 7 AM to 5 PM. Homeless youth may receive a hot meal cooked by volunteers everyday between 3 PM to 4 PM. Contact the center at (907) 373-4357 (HELP) for additional assistance. My House Mat-Su Homeless Youth Center serves the area of Mat Su Borough, Alaska.

The Children’s Place is a child-friendly, neutral facility where professionals from many agency involved in the evaluation, investigation and treatment of child abuse meet to coordinate and bring their services to the child and their families.

Bering Sea Women’s Group (BSWG) provides shelter for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, a 24-hour crisis hotline, community education about domestic violence and sexual assault, village outreach and education and supervision of safe homes in villages. BSWG serves the Nome area.
North Slope Borough
Arctic Women in Crisis (AWIC)
Arctic Women in Crisis (AWIC) services victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child and vulnerable adult abuse. Crisis intervention, one-to-one counseling, groups, legal and medical advocacy provided.AWIC provides emergency shelter in Barrow, volunteer Safe Homes in seven outlying villages (Atqasuk, Barter Island (Kaktovik), Nuiqsut, Point Hope, Point Lay, Anaktuvuk Pass and Wainwright) and emergency one way transportation to Barrow. Serves: North Slope Borough, Alaska.

Maniilaq Family Crisis Center (MFCC) provides an emergency shelter, victim/survivor advocacy, crisis intervention, Sexual Assault Response Teams, support groups, emergency transportation, information and referrals. MFCC serves residents of Northwest Alaska.

Cordova Family Resource Center (CFRC) provides a 24 hour helpline, safe homes, transportation to shelters outside of Cordova, child advocacy programs, educational workshops, crisis intervention, lending library, referral to other agencies, SART (Sexual Assault Response Team) and parenting skills workshops. Serves residents of Cordova, Chenega Bay & Tatitlek, Alaska.
