New England Learning Center for Women in Transition (NELCWIT) provides services individuals and children whose lives have been impacted by domestic violence or sexual abuse. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, counseling and advocacy, crisis intervention, economic empowerment, prevention and outreach, and supervised visitation. New England Learning Center for Women in Transition serves Franklin County and the North Quabbin region.
