Alianza, formerly known as Womanshelter/Companeras, provides services to those whose lives are affected by battering and abuse. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, online chat, emergency shelter assistance for survivors and their children, individual counseling, support groups, safety planning, help with restraining orders and legal documents, information, and referrals. Bilingual/bicultural services available; Alianza advocates speak English, Spanish, and Russian. Serving Western Massachusetts.

YWCA of Western Massachusetts’ Domestic violence program provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and/or dating violence.
