Alianza, formerly known as Womanshelter/Companeras, provides services to those whose lives are affected by battering and abuse. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, online chat, emergency shelter assistance for survivors and their children, individual counseling, support groups, safety planning, help with restraining orders and legal documents, information, and referrals. Bilingual/bicultural services available; Alianza advocates speak English, Spanish, and Russian. Serving Western Massachusetts.

YWCA of Western Massachusetts’ Domestic violence program provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and/or dating violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, shelter, teen parenting program, referrals and information, counseling, legal, medical, court, and police advocacy, financial management, safety planning, relocation services, and assistance obtaining restraining orders. YWCA of Western Massachusetts serves Western Massachusetts.

Safe Passage provides services to victims of domestic violence and relationship abuse. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, individual and group counseling, specialized services for immigrants, legal assistance, safety planning, police, housing, medical, social services and educational advocacy, and counseling. Safe Passage serves Hampshire and Hampden Counties.
