Survival House offers a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, court advocacy, therapy, support groups, referrals to other agencies, and more. Serves victims (women, men, and children) of domestic and sexual violence in Johnson and Henry counties.

Agape House provides services for domestic violence victims and their children, with two shelters (in northern Howell County and southern Texas County) and a resource center. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, shelter, transportation (within 45-mile radius), legal advocacy, support groups for adults and children, life-skills and parenting classes, and more. Agape House serves 10 rural counties in South Central Missouri: Carter, Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Reynolds, Shannon, Texas, Webster, and Wright.
