Neighborhood Legal Services Association (NLSA) provides civil legal services to low-income individuals and families. NLSA’s services include representation to victims of domestic violence, custody issues, unemployment compensation, supplemental security income (SSI) cases, social security cases, cases where Department of Human Services (DHS) benefits are being terminated. Representation is also available to low-income tenants, income eligible consumers, and to the older adults, aged 60 and above. NLS’ Bridgewater location serves Beaver County.

Services include a 24-hour hotline, 30-day emergency safe house, medical advocacy, counseling, residential services, education and community outreach, systems advocacy, and legal services.
