Northwestern Legal Services (NWLS) provides free legal representation to low-income people with civil legal problems. Cases NWLS handles are: education and employment, health law issues, family law (domestic violence/protection from abuse, divorce separation, and more), housing law, public benefits, social security and SSI, unemployment compensation, and consumer law. The Franklin Office serves Venango County.
