Offering comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence such as a 24-hr helpline, residential program, support groups, court advocacy, law enforcement advocacy and community education on the issue of domestic violence. Through the Latino Advocacy Program victims of domestic violence (men and women) receive services and assistance to ensure their voices are heard during the criminal process; regardless of their immigration status, cultural, and language barriers. Bilingual interpretation services available.

The Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) through its Family Care Community Partnerships (FCCP) program offers a prevention-focused network of providers and resources that will partner with families to raise healthy children in a safe, caring environment. Elizabeth Buffum Chace Center (EBCC) is a statewide agency supporting victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through education, advocacy, and therapeutic services. Their services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, transitional housing, court advocacy, counseling, support groups, law enforcement advocacy, and more. They have law enforcement advocates in 15 cities and towns to provide crisis intervention services. EBCC is a safe space for LGBTQ+ community members.
