Elizabeth Buffum Chace Center (EBCC) is a statewide agency supporting victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through education, advocacy, and therapeutic services. Their services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, transitional housing, court advocacy, counseling, support groups, law enforcement advocacy, and more. They have law enforcement advocates in 15 cities and towns to provide crisis intervention services. EBCC is a safe space for LGBTQ+ community members.
Westbay Community Action provides multiple referrals for a variety of services throughout Rhode Island.

Child & Family’s core programs and services work to strengthen family bonds. Offering counseling (individual, couples & family), supportive housing for mothers, foster care, addiction and recovery services, among others.

Blackstone Valley Advocacy Center provides services to victims of domestic violence in the Blackstone Valley area. Offering comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence such as a 24-hr helpline, residential program, support groups, court advocacy, law enforcement advocacy and community education on the issue of domestic violence. Through the Latino Advocacy Program victims of domestic violence (men and women) receive services and assistance to ensure their voices are heard during the criminal process; regardless of their immigration status, cultural, and language barriers. Bilingual interpretation services available.
Crossroads Rhode Island’s Domestic Violence Program provides specialized, trauma-informed services to address the unique needs of domestic violence survivors helping the victims find safe, secure and stable housing. Additional services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, advocacy, support groups, and children’s enrichment programs.
Day One specifically organized to deal with issues of sexual assault. Providing treatment, intervention, education, advocacy, and prevention services to victims of sexual violence of all ages. Services include: 24-hour helpline, legal advocacy, law enforcement advocacy programs, individual and group counseling.
Federal Hill House offers victims assistance and social services for all members of the community.
Sojourner House promotes healthy relationships by providing culturally sensitive support, advocacy, housing, and education for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Offering assistance through support groups, emergency shelter, transitional housing, sexual health advocacy, emotional support and referrals to over 50 other community partners providing additional assistance. Serves Northern Rhode Island and Providence County.
Domestic Violence Resource Center of South County (DVRC) offers to all victims of domestic violence: a 24-hr helpline, court advocacy, support groups, safe home and transitional housing. Office helpline (401) 782-3990 is available Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. DVRC court staff is available to assist with restraining orders, by appointment only calling (401) 782-3995.
