Bolton Refuge House, Inc. (BRH) serves individuals affected by domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and stalking. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, bilingual advocacy, 1-to-1 advocacy, community outreach, legal advocacy, abuse later in life assistance, youth & family advocacy, LGBTQ+ Advocacy, and emergency shelter. BRH serves Eau Claire, Jackson, and Buffalo Counties.

The Catholic Charities of Diocese of La Crosse at their Eau Claire Office offers outreach services and staff available to help with Adoption, Community Homeless Facilities (Sojourner House), Disaster Relief, Post Adoption, Pregnancy Support and St. Lawrence Community Services.
Office hours: Mon - Thu 9 AM to 4 PM; Friday by appointment only
Catholic Charities of Diocese of La Crosse - The Sojourner House
The Sojourner House serve those experiencing homelessness with dignity and respect by providing a safe place for homeless adults 18 years and older. Services: Overnight sleeping for up to 32 men and 16 women, separate bathrooms and showers, guest laundry facilities, an evening snack and daily breakfast.
Check-in hours: Mon - Sun 7 PM to 9 PM
ECAHMAA - Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association, Inc.
Providing Hmong families specific prevention and advocacy services to victims of crimes, victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children in the greater Chippewa Valley. Emergency shelter, support groups, counseling and a 24 hr help line with available interpreters upon request.
Hours: Mon - Fri 8 AM to 5 PM
