Passages, Inc. offers emergency shelter for individuals needing emergency safety housing. Other services include: counseling, legal advocacy, sexual and domestic assault services, and youth services.
Rock
Beloit Domestic Violence Shelter
Beloit Domestic Violence Shelter offers emergency shelter, case management, 24 hr crisis intervention hotline, safety planning, food and clothing to victims of domestic violence.

YWCA Rock County
YWCA Rock County provides domestic violence resources and services for victims of abuse. Emergency shelter, legal advocacy, assistance with restraining orders and court appearances, safety planning, case management, support groups and referrals for additional needs available.
Rusk
Embrace - Rusk County Office & Safe Shelter
Professional staff provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner violence, child abuse, and sexual violence. Embrace is also a resource for survivors’ families, friends and partners who want to learn more about providing support. Services include 24 hours crisis line, emergency shelter, advocacy, counseling, community referrals and online support groups. Interpreters provided at no cost, available 24/7 for all Embrace advocacy services.
