Services include: a 24-hour hotline and crisis intervention, emergency shelter and assistance, community education, counseling, support groups, court advocacy and accompaniment, information, referrals, empowerment classes, and more. They have offices in Elizabethtown and Whiteville, which serve Bladen and Columbus counties.

Hope Harbor Home
Hope Harbor Home serves victims of domestic and sexual violence in Brunswick County. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter for women and their children, empowerment support group, victim advocacy, and community education and outreach programs. Services are provided in English and Spanish.
Buncombe
Helpmate, Inc.
Helpmate provides services to victims of domestic violence in Buncombe County. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, individual and group counseling, safety planning, case management, court advocacy, children’s services, outreach and education, and LGBTQIA+ outreach. Helpmate’s services are available by walk-in at the Buncombe County Family Justice Center.
