Origin SC’s 16-week program serves individuals who have experienced violence in the home. Treatment is both evidence-based and trauma-informed. Topics covered in the program include: Safety Planning; Power & Control vs. Equality; Cycle of Violence; Effects on Children; Communication Styles; Self-Esteem & Self-Care; Financial Literacy; & Your Rights.
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 4 PM
Available evenings & weekends by appointment.

Pee Dee Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Assault - Chesterfield County Satellite Center
Pee Dee Coalition is a volunteer organization dedicated to the reduction of sexual assault, family violence, and child abuse and to the needs of its victims.The Coalition now operates in eight counties: Florence, Darlington, Marion, Dillon, Chesterfield, Marlboro, Williamsburg, and most recently, Sumter. Programs and services include: 24-hour crisis intervention help line, emergency shelter, transitional shelter, individual and group counseling, medical, legal, and criminal justice advocacy and accompaniment, referrals and community education. Satellite Centers — county-based centers across the region to provide comprehensive onsite services to victims and their families.

Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands - Clarendon Office
Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands (STSM) offers 24-hour crisis intervention through hotline and hospital response, crisis counseling, individual short-term counseling, group counseling, personal advocacy, and legal advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and abuse and education about sexual trauma issues to the Midlands. STSM also provides the survivor with emotional support and accompaniment throughout the criminal justice proceedings including (but not limited to) assisting the survivor in filing a police report, court accompaniment, assisting survivors with their Victim Impact Statements, and contacting law enforcement on behalf of survivor with survivor’s consent. These services are all confidential and free of charge. Serving Richland, Lexington, Newberry and Sumter counties.
