Foothills Alliance offers child advocacy, sexual trauma center – emergency room support, law enforcement agencies and court proceedings, counseling and education.

Pee Dee Coalition is a volunteer organization dedicated to the reduction of sexual assault, family violence, and child abuse and to the needs of its victims.The Coalition now operates in eight counties: Florence, Darlington, Marion, Dillon, Chesterfield, Marlboro, Williamsburg, and most recently, Sumter. Programs and services include: 24-hour crisis intervention help line, emergency shelter, transitional shelter, individual and group counseling, medical, legal, and criminal justice advocacy and accompaniment, referrals and community education. Satellite Centers — county-based centers across the region to provide comprehensive onsite services to victims and their families.

Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands (STSM) offers 24-hour crisis intervention through hotline and hospital response, crisis counseling, individual short-term counseling, group counseling, personal advocacy, and legal advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and abuse and education about sexual trauma issues to the Midlands. STSM also provides the survivor with emotional support and accompaniment throughout the criminal justice proceedings including (but not limited to) assisting the survivor in filing a police report, court accompaniment, assisting survivors with their Victim Impact Statements, and contacting law enforcement on behalf of survivor with survivor’s consent. These services are all confidential and free of charge. Serving Richland, Lexington, Newberry and Sumter counties.

The Family Justice Center is a collaboration of community partners and agencies working together to provide a safe and welcoming environment for the victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. Offering emergency shelter, safety planing, court advocacy, case management, child witness assessments, parenting classes and support groups. Serving Georgetown and Horry counties.

The Family Resource Center is dedicated to eradicating child abuse, sexual violence, and teen pregnancy in Kershaw & Lee Counties. Serving all victims of violence, including men, women and children, and their non-offending friends and family members. Services include 24-hour crisis hotline; individual & family counseling; hospital accompaniment; legal & personal advocacy; and prevention education/outreach.

The Palmetto Citizens Against Sexual Assault and Children’s Advocacy Center offers: 24 hour On-Call telephone counseling service (available to victims / families), support groups, referrals to long -term counseling and support agencies, medical forensic exams (children), information on legal proceedings, accompaniment service, and Children’s Advocacy Center. Serving Chester, Fairfield and Lancaster counties.

CASA/Family Systems is a private, not-for-profit organization serving Bamberg, Calhoun and Orangeburg counties whose primary focus is providing support, advocacy, and intervention to individuals and families who have been affected by sexual assault, family violence, and/or child abuse and neglect. Services offered: Sexual Assault Services; ​Community Domestic Violence Services; Emergency Shelter for Battered Women and their Children; ​Batterer Intervention Program for Perpetrators of Domestic Violence; ​Community Advocacy Program; Edisto Children’s Center – A Children’s Advocacy Center.

Project R.E.S.T., formerly the Safe Homes Rape Crisis Coalition, provides services to victims of domestic in Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties, and victims of sexual assault in Spartanburg and Cherokee counties. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter for up to 60 days for domestic violence victims and their children, hospital accompaniment for sexual assault victims, police and court accompaniment/advocacy, counseling, therapy, case management, assistance in completing protection order petitions, and more.
