(Si desea presentar una petición de custodia, divorcio o cualquier otro asunto, puede ser que desee llamar a la corte para asegurarse que el tribunal que incluimos es el adecuado). En la corte, el/la secretario/a va a proveerle los formularios que necesita llenar. Si necesita ayuda llenando los formularios, puede ser que al/la secretario/a pueda darle unas instrucciones básicas, pero usualmente no va a poder decirle exactamente qué información escribir ni puede aconsejarle sobre ello.
